N-Boc-3-tetrahydropyrrole acetic Acid ((S)-N-Boc-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic Acid) is an organic compound whose Properties, Uses, preparation methods and safety information are as follows:

Method: There are many preparation methods for
(S)-acid. The following is a commonly used synthesis route:
1. First, (S)-3-hydroxypyrroleacetaldehyde is reacted with P-dimethylaminobenzyl alcohol to give (S)-3-(N,N-dimethylamino) pyrroleethanol.
2. React (S)-3-(N,N-dimethylamino) pyrrole ethanol with diethyl carbonate to produce (S)-acid ethyl ester.
3. Finally, use alkali to hydrolyze (S)-fluoric acid ethyl ester to generate (S)-fluoric acid.
